Actuate’s BIRT iHub Certified on Cloudera Enterprise 5

April 10 — Actuate Corporation, The BIRT Company and the leader in personalized analytics and insights, today announced that its BIRT iHub visualization and deployment platform is certified on Cloudera Enterprise 5, Cloudera’s latest version of its unified big data management platform.

Actuate’s BIRT iHub is a high performance enterprise platform used to pull Big Data from multiple sources and deliver secure, interactive and personalized content – such as dashboards, reports and analytic applications – to end users. The combination of BIRT iHub and Cloudera Enterprise 5 allows users to quickly filter through the large amount and variety of data that can be stored in a Cloudera enterprise data hub powered by Apache Hadoop, then immediately access real-time information on customer behavior and internal processes.
